Implemented ExhibitDay at Kinectrics and The Royal Conservatory of Music to centralize event planning, trade show management, travel coordination, shipment tracking, sponsorship activities, budgeting, and scheduling. The platform improved operational efficiency by providing a single source of truth for event-related activities and project timelines.
Planning Pod
Managed gala event operations using Planning Pod, including lead tracking, client communications, contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and event logistics coordination.
Poll Everywhere
Modernized a legacy voting process by implementing an online voting system to replace handwritten ballots. Increased operational efficiency, improved data accuracy, accelerated result reporting, and eliminated time-intensive manual vote counting.
Jotforms
Implemented a digital nomination workflow using Jotform to automate the anonymization of approximately 500 award submissions. Redesigned the process so identifying information was separated during submission, eliminating manual scrubbing, reducing administrative effort, and streamlining preparation for blind judging and voting.
Invoicing
Implemented an automated invoicing and accounts receivable workflow that tracked payment status, generated reminders, and automated follow-up communications, reducing manual administrative effort and improving payment collection efficiency.
